​Here is the information regarding the upcoming Halloween plans as coordinated by the Minerva Rotary Club:

• Thursday, October 31
• Village Trick or Treat:  4:30p – 6:30p
• Halloween Parade:  6:45p – Beginning at the Salvation Army facility on Valley Street, leading up from there on North Market Street, then turn down to the Minerva Community Building for the party.
• Community Halloween Party/Costume Judging:  7:00p at the Minerva Community Building
